Mindful Reminders helps you organize tasks, categories, schedules, and weekly progress while keeping your reminder activity private. The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information through normal use.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Mindful Reminders mobile application and related services operated by Natalia Dorota Wiciak (the “Service Provider”).

Information we do not collect

The Application does not collect personal information from normal use and does not require registration.

Reminder titles, notes, categories, due dates, repeat settings, completion history, weekly summaries, and app preferences are not collected or stored by the Service Provider.

Local reminders and notifications

Mindful Reminders may store reminder information locally on your device so the Application can function. If notifications are enabled, they are scheduled on your device.

The Service Provider does not receive reminder titles, notes, schedules, completion history, or notification history.

Location and tracking

The Application does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not track your activity across other applications or websites.

Third-party sharing

Because the Application does not collect personal information, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database of your personal information, reminders, notes, categories, schedules, repeat rules, completion history, or weekly summaries.

Server-side retention period: none. Since Mindful Reminders does not collect or store personal data on the Service Provider’s servers during normal use, there is no server-side personal-data retention period.

Data Deletion

There is no server-side personal data to delete because Mindful Reminders does not collect or retain personal information through normal use.

Local data stays under your control. If reminder data is stored locally on your device, you can remove it using the Application’s controls, your device’s app-storage settings, or by uninstalling Mindful Reminders.

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, you may request deletion of that correspondence by writing to kacper99kaminski@gmail.com.

Network communication

If the Application accesses an online resource, ordinary internet communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an IP address. The Service Provider does not retain it for profiling, advertising, or tracking.

Children’s privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

Security

A local-first design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device, network, or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Policy updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
